FAQ
What gyms ask us
Does it work if I only do boxing, only MMA or also fitness classes?
Yes. TFC is optimized for combat sports but lets you mix disciplines: boxing, kickboxing, MMA, BJJ, functional fitness, kids… each with its own capacity rules and pricing.
How long does migration from other software or Excel take?
Between 2 and 5 working days depending on volume. We do it: you send the file, we import and validate it with you before going live.
Does it work on mobile for students?
Yes. Students book, cancel and see their classes from a mobile webapp — no install needed. And if you join the pilot, we also publish your branded app on App Store and Google Play.
Why do you only have one customer?
Because we'd rather start right. We've spent a year polishing fightclub with one real gym (the first fightclub) before opening up. That's why we're only opening 10 spots in the pilot program.
What's the difference between TFC and fightclub?
TFC is the company. fightclub is the product: the multi-tenant platform your gym uses to run bookings, students, attendance and comms. Each gym has its own fightclub with isolated data.
Where is the data hosted?
EU servers (Frankfurt). GDPR-compliant, daily backups, encryption in transit and at rest.
